These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to, and use of the Bible Insight AI website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Boyalasco Prints ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Purpose of the Service
Bible Insight AI is designed to help users study the Bible, understand Scripture, engage in devotionals, explore biblical teachings, strengthen their faith, and deepen their relationship with God using AI-assisted educational tools. Content is provided for educational and devotional purposes only and is not legal, financial, medical, mental health, or other professional advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Services only with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
4. User Accounts

5. Guest Mode
Bible Insight AI allows users to access many core features without creating an account through Guest Mode. Guest sessions are associated with the current device and may not transfer across devices. Some features, including account synchronization, cloud backup, or future premium services, may require users to create an account or sign in. Guest Mode is provided to allow users to explore and use many core features without creating an account.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to violate applicable laws, interfere with the Services, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious software, reverse engineering the app except as permitted by law, or misuse AI features.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, icons, audio, video, documentation, and other content provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to Boyalasco Prints and are protected by applicable intellectual property law
8. User Content and Feedback
You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant Boyalasco Prints a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use that feedback without compensation.
9. AI-Generated Content
Bible Insight AI uses artificial intelligence to create Bible study explanations, Scripture summaries, devotionals, study guides, prayer assistance, and other educational content. AI-generated responses are intended only for educational and devotional use and should not be treated as authoritative theological guidance. Because responses may contain errors or omissions, users should compare them with Scripture and consult trusted pastors, teachers, or church leaders before making important spiritual decisions.
10. Subscriptions and Billing
Bible Insight AI is free to download and includes free features. Optional Premium subscriptions may unlock additional AI usage and enhanced functionality. Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund information, presented before purchase. Purchases through Google Play or the Apple App Store, governed by the applicable platform's billing and refund policies. Premium features and pricing may change over time.
11. Third-Party Services
Bible Insight AI may rely on trusted third-party providers including AI processing services, authentication providers (such as Google Sign-In), cloud hosting providers, Bible content providers, payment processors, and other service providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Privacy

We may modify, improve, suspend, discontinue, or replace any feature of the Services at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
